From the moment we contacted Marble Doctors to the day they completed our work we were impressed. The follow up to our initial email was fast and friendly and the owner came out to offer a quote quickly. We immediately felt comfortable with Sergio. He was friendly, polite, and straight forward about what to expect from his service. Sergio and his team cleaned and sealed our outdoor brick and stone, re-honed and sealed our indoor limestone countertop, and cleaned and sealed our limestone kitchen floor. When he arrived he taped protective coverings on the pathway from our entrance to the area where he was working, carefully moved everything that needed to be moved, and when the work was done, made sure everything was moved back and the work area left spotless. Sergio noticed that one of the limestone tiles was loose and broken. At no additional cost, he repaired the tile to look like new. He also noticed that our gate was dragging on the brick and offered to have one of his guys come out and repair it – which he did the next day. Again, it was done professionally and left clean and without a trace of their having been there. We would highly recommend Marble Doctors. Thank you Sergio!
